  1. Ensure that Perl 5.6.0 or later is installed
  2. Ensure that Perl TK 800.023 or later is installed
  3. Unpack the distribution in a work area with 
    zcat Radar-1.0.tgz|tar xvf -
  4. cd Radar-1.0
  5. perl Makefile.PL
  6. make
  7. make test
  8. Log in as, or su to root: 
    make install
  9. Any user can now run Radar by typing: 
    radar
