Your Radiator administrator may have configured Radiator to add entries
to the Authentication Log when a user attempts to authenticate through
Radiator. This means that whenever a user tries to log in, you can see
whether they succeed or fail, and if they fail, why they failed.
The Authentication Log page can be very useful when trying to help
people with login problems. If a customer reports that they cannot log in,
search for all records with their user name for the last day, and you will
see all the authentication attempts and the reasons for failures.
