24.10. Help a user with login problems 
- Click on [Authentication Log] in the toolbar. You will get the
“Authentication Log” page. See Authentication
Log.
- Enter the user name into the User name field.
- Click on the Search button. You will see a list of recent
authentication successes and failures. The Failure messages will have a
Failure reason that will help identify the user's problem.
