6.2.1. General 
- Skip Splash Screen: Causes Radar not to display its splash screen
when it starts up. By default, the splash screen is displayed.
- Auto Save Configuration: If this is set, Radar will automatically
save its configuration whenever you change the configuration. If it is
not set, the configuration will only be saved of you choose
File->Save Configuration File. By default it is not set.
